If they can unlock the silver out of conrad, which looks increasingly like they can ( Mancalor looks like they think so by taking an option over development and possibly also funding responsibility in the conrad project, extended the DD period - then chuck the valuation model out the window and say nothing because no one going to believe your numbers.
