I am with Bank West which is linked to Commsec . When the change over occured last month I was unable to see my balance with Bankwest and went into overdraft and was therefore charged over $200.00 After complaining they dropped the overdraft charge and I am back to having access to my account details via Commsec. THey told me verbally that I would be better to change to their linked banking system, after reading on here the low interest rate I think I will stick with Bankwest. Yes Sanford was a better online platform and showed ASX announcments going back for years ublike Commsec (so have to use the ASXs own web site to see historical announcments.
Commsec site does seem to go down a lot less than before which I appreciate and they did stick by their customers when Bankwest/Sanford was in trouble.
