At this point i would just like to say thanks to Dr Jayaweere and Mr Bradley for thier efforts to bring this issue to a head and let us the true owners of this public listed company have a final say,we as a group attempted to communicate with the board the september before last but with out a great deal of success,Dr jayaweera and Mr Bradley have achieved what many of us would have liked to have seen happen over 12 months ago.
It appears that the Dr has achieved a positive result in both resolutions.
After speaking with Dr Jayaweera a few times in recent weeks i feel that there will be a new direction for our qmc with production hopefully becoming a major focus.
Of course i think it will take a few weeks for the "dust to settle" and the vacated positions refilled.
The Dr has probably spoken to more share holders in the last six or so weeks than the previous board did in six or so years so he is well aware of share holder sentiment.
I think we can now look forward to an open line of communication with the board and some serious cost cutting in the daily running of the business.(more dollars to spend to get to production)
Thanks to all that voted in favour of either one or both of the resolutions.......heres looking forward to what will hopefully be a great year for qmc and its shareholders.
