I notice BPT was 90c not long ago after having nearly halved over 4 months. I would not want to rid something like that down - so I honestly think many holders will shoot first and ask questions later.

I think it looks a bit worse than just a position washout but tomorrow will tell. Certainly no need for a cap raise with plenty of cash. :)

I think the analysts are concerned that the ROI is negative on Moonta, and that this will not change over time as further capital is expended. I have no opinion on whether Beach will eventually get a return, but did decide to short. Might regret it tomorrow - we'll find out. There aren't many short this stock according to ASIC 11th jan, and obviously it has had a great run.
