The volume on this up move doesn't look convincing and the short covering is quite small from those stats. Doesn't look like anyone is in the know about the patent extension.
I'd been waiting for a break of $3.00 as it's been a key point in the past. Bit worried by the lack of volume though so holding fire until the patent decision.
