YES, only when you entered at the right time, right period & the right state. My ex-house in Perth (Maylands) double from 2002-2008 (6 YEARS !!!). Every property owner in Perth during that era experienced that too. YES, it is possible if you own a house/houses, but NOT a change if you own none !!!
