I say I bet it is all about those involved in the bookkeeping or lack of at the HSU, and I will suggest it was not cleaned up since. Shorten shut down any investigations, by attempting to dissolve it, and keep Fair work FWA out of investigations.
Going on information on how it was conducted during thomson's involvement, I would suggest that there have been attempts since then to hide and cover up that information.
I believe FWA was only last week re-opening its investigations into those dealings by thomson and the HSU. I believe they have new information. Maybe this new information came after they have had time to go over Williamsons information, that he and his son tried to hide. I bet the shredding machines have been running hot with staff working overtime over xmas, in many of this govt departments.
