as per the asx release there will be dilution, a cap raising which will dilute but by my calcs at approx 2 cents per share which is reasonable , plus the purchase of a lpg business which while dilutive should add an equivalent value to the comp !?
the interesting thing is the debt forgiveness of approx 9.5 mill
overhaul i dont think it is too bad a result ( they could have gone bust altogether ) at least they are still in the game
