Yes they use an ISA mill for fine grinding and so the grinding costs should be similar. Albion, however then involves break down of the sulphides through oxidative processes and this creates a large amount of acid which needs to be neutralised.
Typically for the Albion process the neutralisation costs can far outweigh the power costs if there is not a cheap local supply of limestone.
