re: Ann: Results of non-renounceable entitlem... I expect that through the sub-underwriting agreements (section 4.7 and 8.6 of prospectus) that the directors will end up with most of the shortfall. Sub-underwriting is for 54 million shares, so leaves 12 million for the underwriter.
