I thought it might be SA with the '02 recommendation. I run a hands on micro operation these days growing 24T and crushing 30-35 pretty much by myself. Started out doing three month vintages however, 12 hour night shift and 1200 T i.e. I understand. Hope it all come together for you. Bedtime for me gotta be up at 3.30am....glamorous this winemaking business!!
