rbs suggesting coy not getting the prices

    I read in RBS morning research flier a few days ago that they feel that it's still tough out there and BLY is not getting the prices. Sounded to me they were suggesting a possible further downgrade. However they left it vague for what it's worth, wasn't bullish put it that way.
