    Hi baukaw.

    If they were incomplete amounted to no further agreement,there is no confidentiality left. Tell us why it failed.Dead talks,do we have to wait 30 years for freedom of information?
    Company are saying it is only Hanlong,so can know say or indicate why other talks failed. At least we will have an understanding of what they have been doing and up against.
