From what I calculated, they only sold 188,000 shares from this announcement. And most of those were less than $500 parcels....:)

The reason why they aren't a major shareholder is that they didn't participate in the recent 64Million issue, that went to Genesis Capital.

Since Och Ziff's holdings before the recent issue of shares was just above 5%, which is the ASX minimum to be listed as a major shareholder.

The recent issue of shares to Genesis means Och Ziff's percentage fell just below the 5%.

Hence this announcement.
