as i stated hoots, that came up in the aftermath of the AGM and im quite certain its been resolved between the parties..

in any case what does a dispute between WEG and SS&T got to do with 'a change in the company's cockatoo island project' when neither party owns any of the project? it would be over the 20% of shares in PLV that WEG own, but again i'm certain that's over and done with and none of PLV's business.

if WEG was challenging their 50% and removal of it, why would that be a TH? how does a 'potential challenge' = a change in the companys cockatoo island project? (just thinking out a loud here folks..)
