What a great company a merger of OEL/NDO/KIK would make. it would be a far stronger entity with a lot more critical mass, although it would depend of the Galoc Phase II going to plan.

If Phase II works out, that would be a mighty load of cash and a lot stronger bargaining position around all the other Philippines licences. If the majors (like BHPP) had one overall junior party to deal with, instead of three, would be far more likely to get something happening.

Whatever happens, this Thai isn't a passive investor and would be be buying in just to see what happens. There is a grand plan higher up just waiting to be put into play
