That is another point most are missing, construct the first commercial well in this area and the land value immediately increases. People are simply not considering how pivotal this announcement is to the company going forward.
ST's wanted a re-rating, they didn't get that today so they're out.
LT's wanted confirmation, they got that today and so will be looking to pick up more stock.
