if Abbott was to drive as you say a "massive gas-guzzling Range Rover 4WD with a 6L engine, great big bullbar, bike racks and surfboard attached" that would be his perogative. Who are you to say otherwise.

ps. Rangerover don't make 6litre engines. These days only 3 litre Turbo diesel engiens that get the same fuel consumption as any normal sedan. And you can't get bullbars to fit them. So again wrong on all levels.
