Also have issues with your projection (POG for starters, most would use a reasonable median, not the last high, no accounting for hedged forward sales etc.) - then you need to account for production, exploration, admin, site management etc etc etc

Besides all of that: let's just see a full Q of production and then look at figures achieved to make a more "educated" guess.
