re; As per the gold thread on the US Fed all but admitting that it has reneged on 300 tonnes of German gold and no longer has it.By admitting that it is all but admitting it has no gold itself (or at least 300 tonnes anyway) or else it would have delivered straight away rather than over 7 years.
What will this do to the US, effectively saying that not only can they not be trusted in other matters but cannot even keep their fingers off legit bank deposits.
What has this to do with the US keeping going as a unitary state? Probably not much directly but indirectly it will accelerate their decline through loss of any remaining trust, and governments ultimately only ever survive on trust or fear.

Agreed, well said, fear will be used, even a fake alien attack is on the cards as the terror threat becomes lame, genetically altered pig/men will be used. Time will tell.
