Hi Ajedge,

I don't think that you need to worry about that, in a recent email that I received from the Doc he indicated the importance of the appointment but he also stressed:

"But I can assure you that I will not neglect QMC. My arrangement with Sri Lanka is that I spend two weeks in Sri lanka and two weeks in Sydney"

I think that the appointment confirms the caliber and abilities of the Doc. I reckon that a motivated individual could easily achieve twice as much in half the time as HR.
