    Stlamc, it will be interesting to see how committed Oxy are to their 12 permitted Paloma wells. As far as I can ascertain they have only commenced the one Lower Stevens (similar to Neons PD-1/PD-2) well since getting the permits last year and that appears to be still testing. I imagine the others are to follow on a contingent basis.
