You may be right buddy but it is a very very broad statement and a change in the project could mean ownership/control etc couldnt it?
The next point is i cant see why you would need a 3 day trading halt to advise we are now using this method of focusing on the sea wall etc therefore i lean to something far more complex and that is why i came back to the ownership/WEG/partner scenario. Or is it another whoops we don’t have what we thought or we have found something 10 times above our expectations. I better stop as the options are limitless and no doubt probably wrong.
