If the "Supplier" is SolaKool and the "Consultant" is your old sparring partner Ross Harrison, then why is the announcement so formally coy?

My guess is that relations with SolaKool have broken down. On the other hand, what does it mean to say GCN "has exchanged its interest of 25% of Solakool Connect Pty Ltd for a 50% interest in EcoConnect Australia Pty Ltd." Exchanged with whom? With or without SolaKool's agreement?

I hope the "Supplier" is SolaKool, because if not there may be no revenue from sale of SolaKool units in the quarterly. This could be a blow, since there are no indications that WiFi has advanced one iota.
