i don't see how a WEG challenge is a change in the company's cockatoo island project.... its a challenge and would be announced as such.. and there wouldn't be a reason for a TH to announce a challenge..

there would be a need for the TH whilst commercially sensitive agreements are drawn to be executed.

IMO of course :) we shall know Tuesday morning!
