Hello Hoyland; nice post but an alternative interpretation recognises the "s" at the end of "investor" and the missing "each" after 5%.

So the way I see it is BLT is looking for several institutional investors who will each take 5%.

I would imagine that the issue price will be about 1.2 cents which will be the average of the last 10 trading days less an agreed percentage. There may be an option as a sweetener.

Personally I would prefer to see some lateral thinking rather than a simple placement.

The above is just speculation and might be completely wrong.
