Hi yeldub.
Before I retired I was self-employed. To lose a job was easy, quote high.
To get a job, quote competitively.
When materials costs go up,in this case I would believe fuel, tyres, break downs, and etc. it's hard to pass on with high wages. Something has to give.
"If only we had work choices" true, for the lazy low productive employees have costs jobs of the hard productive workers.
Business compete against one another in a competitive world.
Why shouldn't employees.
Only the strong will survive.
Basic Law of Nature.
Simple really.
