Makattack, I was highlighting that it is business owners/managers that make decision that make the difference between being profitable or not. Sure we have to navigate through laws taxes ect, some we can use to our advantage and others are a pain it the butt, but that’s the way it is.
That’s the problem with this tread header, it’s blaming the government for the job losses but no one has shown why it’s the governments fault. If it is a governments fault that business go broke you could argue that governments take credit for all the profitable ones.
BTW, I own and operate a business that I started from scratch. I keep an eye on any thing that can effect the business but the most important thing is cashflow, in the early days there where times where I could not pay myself and had to decide if I should continue to invest my time and money.
