We are traditional not shale oil, so can't really be compared with LNC. Also JPR aren't going slow, it's Kazahkstan that goes slow. The drills are slow, then mandated 90days testing, then shut in, then trial production license up to 3years. And all that is before we sell one drop of exported oil.
But the flow rates are solid, and they seem to be learning. The TPL keep getting granted. The wells keep finding oil. So it's just dilution that keeps preventing a higher sp.
