As for fund managers not buying, think about it.
Why would they buy now, they know there will be a capital raising somtime this year. Wouldn't it make sense to wait for more results from current campains.
They know even with the best results, the CR would only be around $7. Why buy now and push price up.
Now, has everyone has finaly got it, they won't be drilling ahead.
