Here's some clarification regarding sandy's post.

Once BLR can push it's Market Cap near it's peers $100Mill+ over the next 6 Months, to which a large majority of shareholders believe it can, then Haynes can feel justified in attaining the above incentive opps.

Note BLR DYL PEN TOE are all in very similar near production planning period of transition from Explorer to Producer over the coming 6-24Months.

    Current (DYL @ $109Mill)

    Current (PEN @ $120Mill)

    Current (TOE @ $119Mill)

Those to whom recently picked up @.005 a now glad that they did, with a decent 160% return over the past Month, with next week looking set to run through the 2's :)

    Reminder

Construction of an initial semi-commercial scale Ablation processing plant advancing well and scheduled for completion in April 2013.

Construction of this 5tph unit is expected to be completed in April 2013. It is anticipated that, on completion, this unit will be tested at ABT's manufacturing facility for several weeks before it is deployed for initial field trials.

This initial unit will be readily mobile, hence easily relocatable from project to project to facilitate advanced on-site testing prior to full-scale operations.
