A couple of days ago they reported Australia ranked 40 in the world on Internet speeds.
Look at the countries above us, generally higher IQs, higher tech industries, etc. There is a broad correlelation between Internet, GDP and economic development.
Why are we No. 40? Yup, land mass, pop density has something to do with it but it also has a lot to do with market failure. Remember Ziggy's famous words, if you see an Optus van outside of a major city, it's probably lost.
The libs want us to return to that successful business model that sees us at No. 40-50 in the world.
