It's very simple last year AGO did not preform to market expectations and lot of fund managers were burnt.
I think with the good quarterly and continued good IO prices they will all jump on it again.
I suspect we will need the IO price to stay above $140/MT for at least a few months before we really take off.
IMO AGO is as cheap as it going to get!
