You need to remember that the suspension was purely on technical grounds-nothing else. If suspension was related to a serious breach ie. fraudulent activity then your comments about the SP would be valid.
On this occasion Nido can be forgiven. Basically, they underestimated the work involved in compiling the report.
I thought the report was very detailed...probably over the top when compared to others. I looked at 15 other reports from other companies and can say Nido's was by far the most comprehensive. This probably explains why it was delayed. I know, inexcusable.
If you ran a public company and was faced with the following 2 choices below, which one would you rather have?
1. Presenting a report on time with no substance.
2. Delaying it by 2 days because it was comprehensive as you had too many projects to analyse.
Its pretty obvious which one you would pick.
