Agree with all your points. The sale of the SA tenements may be more to do with focussing on the Namibia and Malawi projects, and concentrating on these as they are much closer to production than speccie exploration. Also much less political shenanigans so far over there - they seem to have "greased the right palms" so to speak. In Australia, by contrast, the political climate is very negative about uranium in general, although debate is starting to kick up a couple of notches. But it will be a while before diehards like the WA and QLD premiers change their colours or get voted out.
But just to hedge my bets, I hold SMM as well.....
