If Iraq attacks the US in a terrorist manner but having declared war on the US - and say took out mid-town Manhattan with say a chemical or nuclear attack.....
1........would that be warranted and
2. Did the US people deserve that?
I suppose you'd say yes....that that is the price they paid for allowing their government to act as they did.....
