re: Ann: Acquisition of 50% of EcoConnect Aus... unfortunately, P1 sounds like a larger scale of GCN. how it can justify a $300M market cap i dont know and neither does ASIC by the looks of it. sounds like they are trying to list so directors etc receive their massive payday and shareholders left with the crumbs.

if P1 was such a great business model then why are they trying to list via backdoors for the last 1.5yrs?? thats what opened my eyes and made me step back, along with the bogus ann and endless broken promises. its just unfortunate that shareholders are still waiting for P1 to "list"...
