    Its been very similar to this for months now... The strong resistance at 3.0 and 3.1 cents makes it seem like it isnt going anywhere for fast... However, it did a similar thing sitting at 1.7 - 1.9 cents for approx 4 months until ~ August 2012 where the Sp was finally allowed to run.... manipulation at its best imo. Surely it cant go on for too much longer!
