You raise some good points which I cant help you with.
The issue price around 1.44 gave a divi yield of just over 7%. I believe it was not full franked.(from memory)
Interest in the stock has been teriffic with two substancial shareholders(funds) coming on board, each with around 5%.
I bought(1.51) in for the Dividend yield on the back of Woolworths being the main lease holder(naturaly of course lol) particularly now that Banks give nothing.
