1/ Developers going to the Land Court to object against "Gov't" knockback of Rezoning [ie "Suing" the Gov't]
then 2 adding in the current proposed Class Action by Some,Some not all of the Brisbane 2010 Flood "victims" who are now trying to sue the Water Board/Gov't.
I think this may be the WHATGFC bug bear of 3 different threads but who knows when he starts quoting Spock and Kirk as "mentoring" entities.
