MD sold at $1.35, wise in retrospect. However, look at his modus operandi. He has de risked the mine in many ways to NST's benefit.
Don't you think he would operate in the same way personally. Seems all his wealth was in NSt so don't blame him selling 1/3rd, building his dream home and putting some cash away in case something comes out of left field for NST.
He will still be well incentivised by his shares, his salary and incentive options.
Now he still wins big time if NST goes up but has protection on the downside.
Other big sellers are the guys who seem to be to be micro cap specialists. We need to be cautious that they didn't see enough value to hold at 1.35 but if they are true to their skills, they will take the capital and invest in micro caps rather than an ASX 200 stock NST.
So I am cautious that they sold but can see logical reasons and feel it is reasonable value just above $1.
