It could be a coincidence however has anyone else noticed that NTU are in a trading halt and have an announcement scheduled for the same time and date as TAM. Pure speculation, however could TAM be the purchaser of the gold rights on NTU's NT and WA tenements - TAM always were a logical partner if anyone was going to look at that ground seriously - not withstanding TAM have enough on their plate.
Both companies have large Chinese shareholders. Conglin Yue has 20pc of NTU and has other gold and rare earth interests via a large 80pc shareholding in ORM who are neighbors to TAM.
Perhaps its all just coincidence - I guess we will find out on Friday morning.
