I reckon that within that time frame the company will book the BARDA contract, do a deal (or multiple regional deals) on the VAC dressing, and will have achieved high-profile visibility for BTM.
Also, there is the possibility of 3D printing of customized reconstructive parts with the NovoSorb polymers that has to be factored in, but has not yet been. Industry concerns regarding 3D printing of permanent reconstructive components do not apply to bio-resorbable parts. 3D printing and NovoSorb were made for each other. I'd be very surprised if Smith and Nephew were not actively researching this as I write.
