It's not Gulf South's money. They raise funds from 3rd party tax-drIven investors. Furthermore the final Gulf deal was so watered down that it barely resembled the MOU. Clearly the investors saw a different story than they were originally sold and ran for the hills.
You don't need to listen to my opinions - believe what you want. Go long if you believe the spin but IMO it could be very costly. The shape of the SP chart and level of volatility is screaming out that all is not well.
