I have 2 major issues with the report...1 The statement that the major! shareholders support the placements.? Interesting to see that PEM the major holder didn't...and others.....shortfall taken up by the underwriter.......is this a misleading statement ? 2...The board do not meet the criteria layed down for independence........but who cares if they don't follow there own rules.....do they follow others rules....2 days to go but who's counting...tick tock....time to leave the Prentices ? and others?
