If the Company performed, the SP would go up. The necessity to dress it up,could be avoided. Mind you, I cannot think what they could possibly do at this point,in terms of performance.

It looks like the Chinese are of little use, at this stage. So it is possibly a choice between drilling a few holes, or paying salaries.
