Soo, it appears that they have started trading already under LNY. Don't know what system records your holdings, but, you are now the "proud" owner of Laneway Resources and from what I am seeing with trading in LNC, the "market" will need a few days to get used to the new code.
The current price of .075 buyer with a sale of 133 @ .035 gone through, just confirms that this SP will be dysfunctional until some real facts are presented to the market as to management's plans and next moves.
Firstly, what will be the timing and terms of the C.R.?
What are they going to do about the huge loan to S.B.?
Markets hate uncertainty and the only certain thing about LNY is that it is ALL uncertain!!
Sorry, but, this is really a "trust me" game until we do get those facts.
I'll be watching very closely, but, at least the ball has started to roll.
