re: Ann: December 2012 Quarterly Activities R... Find it very frustrating to have to wait for this Q'ly Report for an explanation of why the Chinese have not paid up after the the stated 30 day period.
So now we await the Governor's pleasure, perhaps he is waiting for the brown plain envelope.??
Not happy at all, but still a beleiver, Qld government needs to extrack a finger as well.
