So the Scheme Booklet is useless,not worth the money it cost to print it. No good reading it as nothing in it is true.

SDL in November 2010 was at $0.58cents per share.
Mid May 2011 was $0.34.5 cents per share.
End of June 2011 $0.52.5 cents per share.
Hanlong made the take over offer around the end of June Start of July 2011. SDL share price has been in a downward spiral ever since apart from March- April 2012 when it was at $0.47cents per share. So much for what you said about the share price being the same now as it was when Hanlong made the offer.

The Board have been doing it for the last 18 months and can't get it done.
