Great idea. The scheme became a joke when the government changed it from a receipt based refund to an extension of Family Tax Benefit Part A.
The government needs to cut Australian's dependency on welfare. School Bonus, Baby Bonus, etc. The definition of Bonus is "extra pay due to good performance" - 250+ billion in debt, falling revenue, 5 continuous deficits - it is time to cut back on the Bonuses
